1. Who we are
Plumepass is operated by ARLing s. r. o., Ivanská cesta 32E, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID 56583486, VAT ID SK2122352100 ("we"). Contact: support@arling.sk.
2. The service
Plumepass is a practice tool for the writing part of French tests such as the TCF Canada. It offers original practice tasks in the published format of that test, a timer and word count, and automatic feedback on what you write: an estimated CEFR level, an estimated range of marks and NCLC levels, corrections and an improved model answer.
- Plumepass is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to France Éducation international, which owns the TCF, or with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). TCF and TCF Canada are used only to describe what you can practise for.
- Our tasks are written by us. They are not real exam tasks and we do not claim to know future exam topics.
- The feedback is produced by an automatic (AI) grader. It is an estimate for practice. It is not an official result, it can be wrong, and it does not predict or guarantee any result in an official test or any immigration decision.
3. Free use, plans, payment and cancelling
- Practice tasks, the timer and the word count are free. The free plan includes one grading without an account and two more after you give us your e-mail address. Free gradings are limited per browser, per e-mail address and per network.
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed weekly or monthly in advance. They include up to 15 gradings per day (fair use, reset at midnight UTC), all tasks and feedback in English or French. The price on the website is the final price and includes any VAT or sales tax. Payment runs through Stripe Managed Payments: the seller at checkout (merchant of record) is Link (Sold through Link, LLC), which takes the payment, handles the tax and sends you the receipt; we supply the service.
- A subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Stripe customer portal (linked from your receipt and from Account in the app) or by writing to us. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If Plumepass does not work for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment.
- Your subscription key is stored in your browser and is renewed automatically while you are subscribed. You can paste it on another device. If it expires or is lost while your subscription is paid, write to us from the e-mail you paid with and we will send a new one.
4. Fair use
A subscription is for one person. Do not share your key, resell gradings, use the service to grade other people's work as a business, or try to get around the limits. We may pause a key that is clearly shared or abused and will tell you why.
5. Your texts
You keep all rights to what you write. To grade it, we send your text and the task to our grading service and to our AI provider, which return the feedback; we do not keep your text after the result is sent back. Details are in the privacy policy. Do not put personal details about yourself or others in your answers.
6. Liability
We work to keep the format information on this site accurate to the official sources we cite, but the test organiser can change the test at any time; check the official candidate information before your test. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; changes apply to new billing periods and we will show the date of the last change on this page. Slovak law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the law of their country of residence.
