What we process and why

Stored only in your browser
Your drafts, your recent results, your feedback language and your subscription key are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device except the key, which is sent with each grading to confirm your plan. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Processors and transfers
Cloudflare (hosting and the grading service), Anthropic (AI feedback) and Stripe and Link (payments) process data for us. Some of them are in the United States; transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU and US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@arling.sk. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky) or the authority in your country.

Plumepass is for people aged 16 and over.
